We are actively seeking a DevOps Engineer This is a remote role based in India, Hyderabad.

Position Summary

The DevOps Engineer builds, operates, and automates the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub controls, AI runtimes, LLM gateways, agent platforms, and deployment environments supporting Rimini Street’s Agentic AI ERP Platform.

The role ensures reliable, secure, scalable, and observable deployment of AI agents, MCP services, GenAI solutions, RAG services, workflow orchestration components, and platform services across cloud-hosted and air-gapped customer environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Platform & Infrastructure

· Design, deploy and manage Kubernetes-based platform infrastructure for AI and enterprise services.

· Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Pulumi or equivalent tools.

· Manage container registries, artifact repositories, networking, ingress, API gateways and service mesh.

· Support availability, backup, disaster recovery and air-gapped customer deployment models.

AI Platform & Agent Operations

· Deploy and operate AI agents, MCP servers, orchestration workflows, GenAI services and RAG platforms.

· Manage AI runtime environments, model-serving infrastructure, vector databases and knowledge services.

· Support multi-model environments across OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and local/open-source models.

· Assist engineering teams in reliably deploying production-grade AI solutions.

LLM Gateway & AI Governance

· Maintain enterprise LLM Gateway platforms such as LiteLLM, Azure AI Gateway, APIM, Kong AI Gateway or equivalent.

· Configure model routing, quotas, rate limits, failover, access controls and cost-monitoring controls.

· Support model onboarding, versioning, promotion, rollback, evaluation and governance.

· Monitor model latency, reliability, throughput, token usage and operational cost.

CI/CD, GitHub Gates & Release Governance

· Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or equivalent platforms.

· Administer GitHub repositories, branch protection, CODEOWNERS, PR approvals and repository governance.

· Implement quality gates including testing, security scanning, dependency validation, secret scanning, SBOM and compliance checks.

· Support GitOps, release automation, signed commits, provenance tracking, deployment approvals and rollback mechanisms.

Reliability, Security & Observability

· Implement monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting for infrastructure, AI services, agents, workflows and LLM gateways.

· Build dashboards for platform health, agent execution, MCP services, model usage and cost metrics.

· Create runbooks, automation, self-healing capabilities and incident response procedures.

· Manage secrets, certificates, credentials, model keys and deployment security controls.

Experience

· 4–8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, MLOps, AI Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.

· Experience deploying, operating or supporting AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, MCP-based solutions, GenAI applications, LLM-powered platforms, RAG solutions or enterprise AI products.

· Experience managing production Kubernetes environments and enterprise cloud workloads on AWS, Azure or GCP.

· Experience building CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and production release processes.

· Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, platform products or business-critical applications.

• ArgoCD, Flux and GitOps practices
• Temporal or workflow orchestration platforms
• Vector databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma or pgvector
• AI observability: Langfuse, LangSmith, OpenLIT, Arize or equivalent
• Istio, Linkerd or equivalent service mesh
• PostgreSQL operations
• GPU infrastructure and AI workload optimisation
• Quarkus, Java, Python and AI-native application deployment

Desired Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

· CKA or CKAD certification.

· AWS, Azure or GCP certifications.

· Terraform, Vault, Azure AI Engineer or equivalent AI/platform certifications are advantageous.

· Strong troubleshooting, automation and operational ownership mindset.

· Good written and verbal English communication skills.

· Ability to work across distributed, multi-timezone teams.

· Strong focus on reliability, security, governance and developer productivity.

A modern DevOps engineer with hands-on experience operating Kubernetes platforms, GitHub-based engineering controls, AI agents, LLM gateways, MCP services and enterprise GenAI solutions in production-oriented environments.
