Job Description

Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.

Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories.

RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities.

RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc.

Our Opportunity:

The Marketing Analytics team evaluates business performance, marketing programs, product promotions, and pricing strategies across Tim Hortons in Asia-Pacific region. The team works directly with regional leadership and franchisee executives to develop marketing calendars and sales plans that drive same-store sales growth.

The Sales & Marketing Data Analyst, Tim Hortons, APAC will own the full analytics agenda for markets within the Tim Hortons brand — covering performance diagnostics, sales forecasting, calendar planning, digital channel reporting, and franchisee engagement. This role requires ownership, analytical expertise, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll be providing strategic recommendations to franchisee and internal stakeholders.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

Performance Analytics

  • Independently produce end-to-end performance diagnostics including sales decompositions, product mix analysis, pricing reviews, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Build and refine analytical models to evaluate business performance, product promotions, and marketing programs.
  • Proactively identify performance drivers and surface emerging risks or opportunities to leadership team and franchisees.
  • Conduct sales reports analysis, ticket and guest segmentation, and category-level deep dives to drive business performance.

Forecasting

  • Own the bottom-up forecast model for assigned markets, building monthly and annual sales forecasts based on historic trends, seasonality, and planned marketing activity.
  • Track actuals versus forecast and flag variances early, recommending corrective actions where needed.
  • Develop performance forecasts to support leadership and franchisees in performance management and calendar planning.

Brand & Strategic Planning

  • Analyze competition and pricing data to evaluate business performance and inform long-term brand strategy.
  • Interpret broader brand and product research to identify short-term sales opportunities and long-term growth pillars.
  • Deliver market-level strategic recommendations grounded in quantified commercial logic

Digital Sales & Channels

  • Own digital performance reporting, including the digital activation calendar across delivery platforms, mobile app, and kiosks
  • Analyze channel-level conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements to franchisees
  • Benchmark digital KPIs across markets and flag underperformance with root-cause analysis.
  • Build and maintain digital channel dashboards and reporting templates.

Franchisee Engagement

  • Present analysis in regular performance reviews and influence calendar and promotional decisions through data.
  • Collaborate with franchisee marketing leaders to secure alignment and buy-in on identified opportunities.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, finance, or commercial strategy in a consumer-facing business. Previous experience within QSR industry or in a business franchising business model is an advantage.
  • At least a bachelor's degree is required; a quantitative discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to independently build analytical models, structure research questions, and develop comprehensive recommendations.
  • Working proficiency with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Able to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting templates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership levels — both internal and franchisee stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; any additional regional language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
