- Required Experience: Ambulatory Core, Ambulatory Specialty, and Healthy Planet
- Start Date: as soon as possible
- Expected End Date: August 31, 2027
- Travel: Anticipate one week per quarter, though this may vary
$85-95/hr W2

- About Avera: Avera is an
specialty care clinics, a home health and hospice agency, a health plan,
and multiple senior living facilities (Long-Term Care, Assisted Living,
Independent Living).
- About our Project: Avera is
Meditech. We are currently beginning our Configuration phase and plan to
go-live on May 30, 2026, big bang in all our locations as well as in our
25 Community Connect hospital and clinical locations.
