Solar Project Engineer – Homologation - (AI X Greentech) (m/f/d)

This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days at the office in São Paulo.
What You’ll Do
Validate and parametrize photovoltaic systems submitted by our solar installer partners, reviewing modules, inverters, strings, MPPTs, and other system components for technical accuracy and compatibility.
Review and create single-line diagrams, and size or review cabling, protections, surge protection devices (DPS), breakers, and grounding.
Identify technical inconsistencies and propose adjustments, keeping projects, equipment, documentation, and consumer unit data fully aligned.
Prepare and review technical documentation, including descriptive reports, and issue or manage ARTs within your professional scope.
Lead the full homologation process with utilities and energy cooperatives across different regions of Brazil, from submission through approval.
Interpret each distributor's technical standards and requirements, and respond to technical objections or rejections.
Own deadlines and SLAs, keeping organized, up-to-date tracking of every process in progress.
Build standards and best practices that reduce errors, rejections, and rework across the team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Degree in Electrical Engineering, with an active CREA registration.
Professional experience with solar photovoltaic energy and distributed generation.
Hands-on experience with the homologation of photovoltaic systems, including direct work with different utilities and/or cooperatives across Brazil.
Familiarity with modules, inverters, strings, MPPTs, and protection systems.
Experience with technical documentation and ARTs, and the ability to interpret technical norms and standards.
Strong written and verbal communication, well organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
