Staff Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary

In this role, the candidate will own the product reliability and failure analysis of integrated circuits from development through production to ensure our products meet industry standards, customer expectations, and long-term performance requirements. Therefore, a deep understanding of product reliability and experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product reliability qualification, test scheduling, data analysis for NPI, ORT, quality incident activities.
• Drive failure analysis activities and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare qualification plans and reports for internal teams and customers.
• Reliability burn-in hardware development for HTOL/BHAST.
• Investigate reliability issue and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability qualification, failure analysis, risk assessment for quality incident, and proactively drive the risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields with minimum of 10 years work experience in reliability engineering related to integrated circuits or other semiconductor components.
• Good knowledge of IC reliability test methodologies (eg, HTOL, ELFR, HTDR/LTDR, ESD/LU, uHAST, TCT, HTSL, BHAST, etc), physical mechanisms, reliability acceleration models, statistical analysis, and FA techniques.
• Familiar with industry standards, such as JEDEC families, AEC-Q100/Q006, etc.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced collaboration with global, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Well English communications.
