Sr Quality Assurance Engineer质量体系工程师

Job Description

1. 责公司质量保证相关体系及业务的推进，确保各项工作符合相关法律法规、客户要求及公司质量管理体系要求。

2. 策划并实施 ISO9001、IATF16949、VDA6.3 等内外部审核及客户审核对应工作，包括审核准备、现场对应、问题点跟踪、改善措施确认及效果验证。

3. 负责客户 CSR 要求识别与跟踪，支持客户监查、参观及相关品质问题的沟通协调，推动跨部门改善并确保按期关闭。

4. 推进变更管理相关工作，包括变更内容评审、风险评估、TRA 实施策划、过程监控及结果确认。

5. 支持 SQE 相关业务推进，包括供应商质量审核、据点评价、问题水平展开、定期会议及改善事项跟踪。

6. 参与 NPI 新产品或新工艺导入过程中的质量保证工作，包括生产线确认、过程认定、风险识别及质量问题跟进。

7. 推动质量改善及质量意识提升活动及相关质量培训。

Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，质量管理、电子、机械、材料、自动化等相关专业。 

2. 3年以上制造业质量管理相关工作经验，有半导体、电子制造或汽车电子行业经验者优先。 

3. 熟悉质量管理体系及过程质量控制，了解半导体制造相关工艺者优先。 

4. 熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D等质量工具，具备问题分析与改善推动能力。 

5. 熟悉ISO9001、IATF16949等质量体系要求，有审核经验或内审员资格者优先。 

6. 有责任心，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及持续改善意识

7. 具有良好的英语听说读写和沟通能力，英语可以作为工作语言。
