Sr Product & Test Engineer

Location: Bayan Lepas, my

Job Description

• Support manufacturing including low yield analysis and improvement, failure analysis, test time optimization and other related activities
• Support NPI projects.
• Support product and process related qualification projects
• Support customer return evaluation (RMA). Performing FA by doing ATE, bench analysis for fault isolation and 8D CAR documentation.
• Performing Cost optimization projects.
• Test hardware and Test Program development and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• E&E graduate
• At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor environment. Holding a position of Product or Test Engineer (Or similar)
• Able to work independently, demonstrates a willingness to take on challenges, and possesses strong self-initiative and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with Advantest V93K, Teradyne ATE platform, or proficiency in any relevant programming language would be highly valuable
