Job Description

主要职责：

主导公司生产流程的自动化战略，推动AI等先进技术的自动化系统的导入，最优化。通过自动化设备标准化、人才培养以及与供应商协作，实现生产性和品质的持续提升。

• 分析公司自动化需求，制定并实施中长期自动化升级计划，提升整体生产性和品质
• 管理自动化团队并改善自动化人才培养
• 研究包含AI在内的自动化新技术，分析其应用及量产实现的可行性
• 推进自动化设备标准化，实现设备的量产安定化
• 与自动化设备供应商协作，负责自动化设备的立案、评价、导入及量产安定化
• 分析生产流程，检讨并开发layout最优化方案

Qualifications

必須要件

教育背景：

・　本科及以上学历

・　理工科专业（电气、机械等）

工作经验：

・　制造业自动化设备导入及管理经验10年以上

・　有项目管理经验

・　有AI处理或预知保全系统实际应用经验

・　有AMR、AMRーARM导入及运用经验

・　有供应商谈判、协调、管理经验

・　有产线自动化提升生产性向上的经验

・　有设备设计或维护经验者优先

・　有半导体公司或设备制造公司经验者优先

技能：

・　具备积极的沟通和学习态度

・　具备半导体（封装PKG、制程）知识者优先

・　具备IE（Industrial Engineering）/IT( Information Technology)知识者优先

・　掌握CAD、设备维护、生产工程、经营工程知识者优先

语言能力：

・　英语：英语口语熟练
