Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Analyst to support a UK-based employer in analysing product performance and translating data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the analysis of product usage data, user behaviour, and KPIs
- Handle data requests, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc reporting tasks
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- Maintain accurate records of product metrics, experiment results, and analytical outputs
- Use relevant tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation platforms
- Support the wider team with product roadmap prioritisation and A/B testing analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve product features, user journeys, and conversion rates
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
Salary: R32,000/month | 100% Remote
