As a Mobile QA Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will lead a team of Quality Assurance professionals and work clo with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software

What You'll Do 
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QA engineers, including task assignment, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey requirements, instructions, and feedback to team members, stakeholders, and developers.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of high-quality mobile applications.
  • Experience in conducting QA team meetings, reporting project progress, and providing updates to senior management.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret test results, metrics, and data to drive continuous improvement in the QA process.
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate potential issues, suggest improvements, and implement preventive measures.
Who You Are 
  • In-depth understanding of mobile platforms, including iOS and Android, their operating systems, and device-specific features.
  • Proficiency in manual testing techniques for mobile applications, including functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with mobile testing tools, frameworks, and bug tracking systems, such as Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, and JIRA.
  • Understanding of mobile-specific challenges, such as device fragmentation, network conditions, battery consumption, and security concerns.
Quality Assurance Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and the role of QA in each phase.
  • Ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues, as well as working closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Experience with test case management tools and test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and test coverage.
  • Understanding of best practices for ensuring the accessibility, usability, and performance of mobile applications.
