About the Role 

As a Software Engineer, you will perform research, design, and software development to support large projects. You will provide input to project plans, schedules, and follow best practices in developing cross-functional software products under a micro-services architecture. You will work closely with system architects, development team members, business analysts, and end-users to translate their requests into solutions. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, write, test, and deploy production-ready code Infrastructure code

• Contribute ideas in team meetings, ask questions, and support teammates 

• Implement appropriate design patterns for new development 

• Troubleshoot and support existing products, working towards team priorities 

• Collaborate with team members and other colleagues to understand use cases and estimate effort 

• Identify and implement useful quality metrics 

• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience 

• Minimum of 6 months of SRE or DevOps experience (writing code professionally)  

• Experience with coding using Terraform
• Experience in maintaining CICD pipeline

• A willingness to learn new processes and technologies 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Ability to collaborate within a fast-paced, agile development team 

Preferred Experience and Skills: 

• Experience with professional software engineering practices 

• Familiarity with source control tools and branching strategies 

• High level of accountability and initiative 

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes

• Knowledge of cloud-based service providers 

• Experience in an agile development environment 

• Ability to share and collaborate effectively
