About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Learning Training Automation Specialist. This role involves developing and implementing automated solutions to streamline the process of training machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, software development, and automation techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the advancement of our machine learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Create robust automated pipelines for training machine learning models, integrating data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment stages.

             Implement algorithms and techniques to optimize model training processes, including          hyperparameter tuning, model selection, and feature engineering automation.

• Develop monitoring tools and processes to track the performance of deployed models, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

•  Document automated processes, algorithms, and infrastructure setups, and generate reports to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements, design solutions, and integrate automated processes into existing workflows.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, automation techniques, and related technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

           Requirements: -

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production

• environments, with a focus on automation.

• Proficiency in Java programming languages and familiarity with machine learning   libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

• Strong understanding of software development principles, including version control systems (e.g., Git), software testing, and debugging.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS Platform, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them in a timely manner
