Network Engineer II

General Knowledge and Competencies:

• Extensive hands-on experience with multi-vendor Networking, Security and its troubleshooting.
  • This includes routers, switches, wireless controllers, next-gen firewalls, load balancers, and other network/security appliances.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Networking technologies and concepts (VPC, subnets, Transit Gateway, Security Group, Load Balancer).
• Experience in UNIX or Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOS), IOS, IOS-XR or any network vendor CLI are desired.
• Any experience in automation or scripting language is a plus.
• Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and lead projects is a necessity.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills, systems and tools, and creative problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Ability to work within and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units
• At least 5 years of industry experience on Network Engineering and/or Operations handling complex and large-scale networks (LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud environments).
• At least 2 years of proven experience on Global Network Support.

Other eligibility qualifications

• CCNA or equivalent certifications is desired.
• Any cloud certifications is a plus.
