About the Role
The Project Manager - Nexis Data+ Contracting Process is responsible for managing the entire contracting lifecycle for data products, including coordination and liaison between Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, Legal, and Content teams, documenting use cases and ensuring alignment with business objectives and
Responsibilities
· Manage Data Agreement deliverables related to the use case definition and contract process.
· Planning and coordinating projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force
· Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate process changes and ensure alignment.
· Improving sales process and data quality by developing procedures for order management
· Managing the delivery for the monthly pipeline and supporting a timely sales performance
· Participating in the development of requirements for sales support systems
· Supporting the account engagement model to free up time for sales customer engagement
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and drive growth, providing support for team members where needed
Requirements
· Possess a solid educational background in business, project management, legal or a closely related area
· Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
· Have experience in project management and/or contract management, preferred
