Job Summary:

Join our talented, multidisciplinary team where you will play a central role in creating innovative solutions to help businesses accelerate the value of data. With a user-centric culture, we strive to solve data management challenges through simple and insightful experiences. You will help design and develop industry-leading technologies that are valuable, easy-to-use, and of the highest level of craft and execution. In this role, you will be expected to utilize a full range of product design skills from research, design, and strategic thinking. You will be involved in every aspect of product development, from brainstorming, interviewing users, validating solutions and creating pixel-perfect designs.

As a Staff UX Designer, you will lead and own design initiatives that have a direct impact on our customers - analyzing the usage behavior and proposing enhancements to further improve the experience. The ideal candidate must have experience working at SaaS product companies, designing and delivering software products. As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor other designers and be a champion of human centered design thinking across the organization. 

As a multi-faceted member of the User Experience team, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writers to drive cohesive and data-driven experiences for Reltio customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and design the user experience based on your deep understanding of user needs and goals

• Lead and conduct user research sessions to help uncover valuable insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors

• Take broad conceptual ideas and come up with concrete solutions that are valuable and useful to our users

• Distill complex scenarios into simple and intuitive design flows and experiences

• Apply modern Enterprise level UX principles and trends 

• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers and designers to oversee the entire development cycle of a product from ideation to launch

Skills You Must Have

• 10+ years of experience building, delivering and leading web-based product applications for related product companies

• Interaction design experience with knowledge of extracting user needs, goals and motivations through user research

• Experienced in taking ambiguous, complex scenarios and distilling them into clear, simple, and intuitive experience flows that enhances the overall experience

• Experienced in driving  the vision and strategic direction of the product, playing a central role in setting UX goals based on user research

• Proficient with tools and applications that support UX deliverables, such as journey maps, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and flowcharts.

• Team player with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills 

Skills That Are Nice To Have

• BS/MS relevant to functional area - Human Factors, HCI, design or equivalent experience

• Experience working in a globally distributed team

• Understand design systems, design patterns, and responsive design principles, with the experience of contributing to a design system.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
