• Analyze data across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle, including order management, order fulfillment, invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, collections, and cash application.
• Extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems and other business applications.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor O2C performance.
• Identify process bottlenecks, data quality issues, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Analyze key O2C metrics such as Order Cycle Time, DSO, invoice accuracy, billing cycle time, overdue receivables, dispute rate, collection efficiency, and cash application.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Build and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Perform data reconciliation between ERP and downstream systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support ERP enhancements, system implementations, integrations, and process transformation initiatives from a data and analytics perspective.
• Create functional and technical documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources, and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data models.
• Monitor data quality and establish controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of O2C reporting.

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in data extraction, joins, aggregations, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
