About the Role
- Documenting the architecture and design and provide direction to the development teams for implementation.
- Working with the salesforce developers, integration teams, downstream systems to implement the technical solution associated with the requirements following the architecture and design.
- Leading and participating in System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests. Ensure to analyze and fix application problems/issues in a timely fashion.
- Reviewing and analyzing the business requirements and provide feedback to the functional domain architects/POs in line with the product vision.

Educational qualification: B. Tech/ BE
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in Implementing Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, Einstein & App-exchange applications.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development including Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Visual Force page, Lightning Components (Aura or LWC)
- Experience in Designing and implementing reusable, extensible, scalable and maintainable applications.
- Experience in data mapping and migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.com objects and fields.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow,Ā Snowflake,Ā ServiceĀ Mesh,Ā Fabric Architectures, Custom applications, and other SaaS applications using integration platforms.
- Designing and implement solutionsĀ thatĀ theĀ Salesforce.comĀ platformĀ cannotĀ support,Ā using Heroku/AWS and general-purpose languages like Python or Node.js
- Hands On experience on any messaging platform (Kafka or RabbitMQ)
- Experience in setting up and maintaining of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes for Salesforce projects (either using Scratch Org or Sandbox based approaches)
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in integration of other enterprise software systems such as Chorus, Gainsight, Outreach and Seismic.
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing inbound data connections with data marts on Snowflake or AWS.
- Experience in architecting integrations with ERP/NetSuite, Data Warehouse, ecommerce platforms.
