Primary Skills (Must-have): Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, React (Frontend development), AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, and SQS), DynamoDB
Secondary Skills (Good-to-have): MySQL, Redis, NodeJS
Summary:
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in Java and frontend experience in React, who can build, scale, and support high-quality, customer-facing systems in a cloud-native environment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer and production issues across frontend and backend systems.
- Proactively evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, and frontend applications using React.
- Develop and outline architecture and relationships between subsystems and actively participate in design reviews.
- Ensure new code, features, and software products meet defined performance goals and quality metrics.
- Maintain high availability and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer trust and system reliability.
- Work in an Agile environment, following Scrum methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of strong programming experience in full stack development and cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Good understanding of common and widely used design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services.
- Hands-on experience building frontend applications using React (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
