• Asigura mentenanta corectiva, interventiile accidentale pentru portofoliul de clienti alocati.

• Responsabilitati principale:

1.     Raspunde de functionarea in conditii optime din punct de vedere tehnic, al PSI si PM a tuturor motoarelor alocate spre interventie si a utilajelor aferente;

2.     Participa la interventii solicitate si raporteaza responsabilului de lucrari din cadrul interventiei respective;

3.     Urmăreşte zilnic functionarea motoarelor alocate în scopul identificării de disfuncţionalităţi;

4.     Execută lucrări de întreţinere curentă conform prescripţiilor specifice fiecărui echipament sau utilaj;

5.     Diagnostichează, prin testări funcţionale şi prin măsurare cu dispozitive de măsură, concordanţa între parametrii de lucru şi cerinţele funcţionale;

6.     Intocmeste necesarul de piese de schimb pentru interventiile corective realizate pentru motoarele la care intervine si cere avizul sefului direct;

7.     Ia masuri de izolare a utilajului vizat pentru interventie de restul instalatiilor, in conditii de siguranta, in vederea aplicarii procedurilor tehnologice;

8.     Solicită execuţia unor repere speciale subordonatilor din echipa – electrician, lacatus mecanic,

9.     Dupa reparatie face verificari finale respectand cerintele functionale – parametrii functionali -  ai motorului sau echipamentului respectiv;

10.  Raspunde de buna gestionare a tuturor echipamentelor, materialelor, truselor de scule folosite individual sau in echipa pe care o coordoneaza in activitatea pe care o presteaza;

11.  Raspunde de efectuarea service-ului in conformitate cu manualele de service, instructiunile sau dispozitiile exprese puse la dispozitie de furnizorul de echipamente, raportate la operatiile de service;

12.  Respecta procedurile de lucru pentru fiecare interventie pe care o face, ordinea de executie a acestora:

- admiterea la lucru de catre seful locului de munca - beneficiar

- instructajul sumar privind proceduri de lucru specifice, riscuri la locul de munca; masuri de protectie a muncii;

13.  Intocmeste formularele ce compun dosarul de lucrare in calitate de responsabil de lucrare : fisa de instruire, fisa de instruire privind sanatatea si securitatea in munca, procesele verbale de predare – primire instalatii, fisa inspectie zilnica si fisa date de interventie, fisa inspectie lunara etc.

Executa fiecare lucrare intr-un timp optim, estimat pe care il consemneaza in dispozitia de lucru si il transmite echipei cu care lucreaza ; raspunde de efectuarea in timp optim a fiecarei interventii;
