Video Editor – Performance Creative (E-commerce)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor to work remotely with a US-based e-commerce brand in the furniture and home decor industry.

The person in this role will be responsible for producing a high volume of video ads for Meta Ads, combining strong editing skills with an understanding of what type of content captures audience attention and drives sales.

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and performance-oriented professional who can turn product features into engaging and effective advertising content. Over time, this person will have the opportunity to grow into a more strategic role, contributing to creative concepts, new ideas, and advertising approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce approximately 20 video creatives per day for Meta Ads campaigns.

• Edit and adapt video content, creating multiple variations of the same piece to test different angles, messaging, hooks, and calls to action.

• Create conversion-focused ads with a strong emphasis on driving sales.

• Develop advertising content that highlights product benefits, customer needs, and purchase motivations.

• Analyze creative performance to identify which assets perform best and which need improvement.

• Work directly with the US-based team to understand business objectives, priorities, and creative guidelines.

• Gradually propose new advertising ideas and concepts based on performance results and audience behavior.

Requirements

• Previous experience in video editing, preferably creating advertising content for e-commerce brands.

• Experience creating ads for Meta platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.

• Understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused content.

• Ability to produce a high volume of creative assets while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Strong creative judgment and the ability to adapt content to different audiences, products, and advertising angles.

• Advanced English proficiency is required as the role involves working directly with a US-based team.

• Proactive, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with furniture, home decor, supplements, or other direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.

• Knowledge of creative testing, advertising hooks, and conversion-focused ads.

• Interest in growing into a Creative Strategist role, contributing to the development of creative concepts and advertising strategies.
