About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy real-world systems powered by large language models (LLMs). This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on rapid prototyping, structured experimentation, and building scalable, production-ready AI pipelines.
What You’ll Do
· Design and implement LLM-powered and agentic workflows for real-world business use cases.
· Build and refine prompting strategies, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring pipelines for deployed models.
· Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems by integrating vector databases, APIs, and internal tools.
· Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to deliver seamless AI experiences in production.
· Establish metrics and observability to ensure system reliability and performance.
· Research and experiment with new models, frameworks, and orchestration tools to continuously enhance Reelo’s AI capabilities.
· Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams.
What We’re Looking For
· 2–4 years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning.
· Strong command of Python and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or FastAPI.
· Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
· Solid understanding of retrieval systems, embeddings pipelines, and prompt engineering.
· Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, and async programming.
· Familiarity with deploying systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerized or serverless setups.
· Strong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
· A builder’s mindset — curious, experimental, and eager to ship features that make a real impact.
Bonus Points If You Have
· Experience with agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGPT) or AWS Bedrock integrations.
· Understanding of data pipelines, S3, or event-driven architectures (Kinesis, SQS).
· Exposure to observability tools like Datadog or Prometheus for AI performance monitoring.
· Familiarity with evaluation metrics for LLM-based systems (factuality, latency, cost efficiency).
