YOUR IMPACT

The Product Training Development Specialist is responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of RunMyJobs, our leading Workload Automation solution, and translating that knowledge into clear, engaging training content. In this role, you will work closely with our Instructional Designers and Product and Engineering teams to develop high-quality training programs for Redwood customers and partners. This role is pivotal in driving customer success by empowering users to fully utilize RunMyJobs. Join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering world-class training experiences!

  • Become a subject-matter expert on RunMyJobs, including its features, functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Write clear, engaging, and user-friendly training materials for a variety of audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams. 

  • Work closely with Instructional Designers to ensure training materials align with the overall curriculum and instructional strategy. Provide subject matter expertise to help shape the content's structure and delivery.

  • Design and develop tailored learning programs for Redwood customers, partners, and global service integrators, ensuring the content addresses their specific needs and enhances product adoption.

  • Engage with product managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure the training content accurately reflects the latest product features and best practices.

  • Partner with internal teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to create training materials that enable them to understand and effectively communicate the value of RunMyJobs.

  • Regularly review and update training content to reflect product updates and feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Gather feedback from learners, customers, and internal teams to refine and improve training materials.

  • Stay abreast of product updates, releases, and industry trends related to workload automation.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Training, Product, Technical Writing) or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience in creating product-focused training content, technical writing, or a related role.

  • Strong interpersonal skills including proven ability to collaborate with teams and individuals at all organizational levels and global regions.

  • Experience working with complex software solutions, preferably in the area of B2B infrastructure solutions.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods in training delivery.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address learner challenges and content gaps.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a Workload Automation solution (preferred, but not required).

  • Solid understanding of learning and development principles.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
