  • Develop commissioning, calibration, and validation procedures for instrumentation systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, other engineers, and technicians to coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams for instrumentation-related issues and breakdowns.
  • Hands-on support of wiring and electrical troubleshooting when needed by schedule or resourcing.
  • Identifying and vetting new technology.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of instrumentation and control systems for chemical processing plants, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISA, NEC and ANSI.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with wiring control systems, and doing diagnostics and troubleshooting.
