Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with experience in medium to large-scale web applications, from server-side to client-side. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn new technologies, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to our team's success.

What you will do:

  • Research new technologies and integrate them into Redis platforms.
  • Collaborate with a scrum team on the development of RedisInsight.
  • Integrate RedisInsight into our existing Managed Cloud offering.
  • Develop new user-facing features and improve the overall user experience.
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of other engineers.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers globally to deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Research and integrate new technologies into Redis platforms.

What will you need to have? 

  • Passion for building, growing, leading, and achieving
  • Strong coding skills and 6+ years of experience as an engineer working on both frontend and backend development
  • Proficiency with our tech stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js
  • Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Proven track record in leading the design and implementation of complex and scalable software
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, positive, can-do and selfless attitude
  • Strong team player and leader/mentor of less senior colleagues, prioritizing the team goals over individual goals
  • Accountability, resilience, determination, ownership, and a keen appetite for making a positive difference

Extra great if you have: 

  • Experience with cloud and SaaS products
  • Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Technical lead experience
  • Experience working with customers and product managers
