About the role: 

As Product Manager Agentic AI Platform, you will shape the platform foundations that help Redcare Pharmacy build, scale, and operate AI-powered solutions responsibly across the business. This is a great opportunity to combine product thinking with deep platform understanding, working at the intersection of cloud, AI enablement, security, reliability, and developer experience. 

You will work closely with engineering, data, AI, security, and business stakeholders to turn complex platform needs into clear product direction. Your focus will be on creating an Agentic AI platform that is scalable, observable, secure, and easy for teams to adopt. 

About the tech stack: 

You will work with an exciting modern platform environment including Azure Cloud, LiteLLM/AI Gateway administration, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD with GitHub Actions, observability tooling, and Data/AI platform technologies. The role also connects closely with MLOps, LLMOps, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps practices, security, and platform engineering.

About your tasks: 

• Shape the product vision and roadmap for our Agentic AI platform, translating strategic AI ambitions into clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and practical platform capabilities. 
• Create a strong platform experience for internal users by understanding the needs of engineering, data, AI, and business teams and turning them into scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. 
• Drive the development of core platform capabilities around LLMOps, MLOps, AI gateway administration, observability, governance, and secure AI enablement. 
• Partner with engineering teams to improve the way we build and operate platform services, including Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. 
• Bring structure to a fast-evolving AI platform landscape by defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, prioritising opportunities, and helping teams move from ideas to real impact. 

Qualifications

About you: 

• You bring solid product management experience in technical platform environments and enjoy turning complex engineering topics into clear product decisions. 
• You have worked across a mix of cloud, MLOps, LLMOps, platform engineering, DevOps, security, and observability and know how these areas connect in practice. 
• You are comfortable discussing technologies such as Azure Cloud, Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, LiteLLM or AI gateways, and Data/AI platforms with technical teams. 
• You care about building platforms that are not only powerful, but also secure, reliable, observable, and easy to use.
