This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based out of our San Juan, Puerto Rico office, with in-office Monday-Thursday and fully remote work on Fridays each week.

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

What You'll Do:

• The fullstack developer will be working:
  • Build out scalable and integrated end-to-end services using NodeJS/NextJS/Lambdas and TypeScript/GO/Python (is mainly TypeScript)
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure using Terraform/CDK
  • Demonstrate consistent performance when working in a medium to large piece of frontend components and templates written in REAC/TypeScript
  • Scope and implement technology solutions independently and with minimal guidance using SCRUM practices and StoryPoints

• 4+ years of experience with full stack 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Demonstrated "can do" attitude with a willingness to tackle and solve complex problems.
• Ideal team players: hungry, humble, and smart! We value those who are curious and strive to be great people to work with.
• The ability to prioritize, strategize, execute, and deliver
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
