Software Engineering Internship - Developer productivity (Ra'anana, Israel)

Job summary:

The Red Hat Portfolio & Delivery team is looking for an Intern interested in AI & productivity to join us in the Raanana office. In this role, you will work with our team to assess and integrate 3rd party solutions in the AI space to improve our engineers’ productivity. As an Intern, you’ll (also) engage with other teams in our organization, in order to accomplish our goal and onboard them with the new solutions. This long-term internship will give you the opportunity to gain insight into existing solutions in the AI space that are focused on increasing productivity as well as getting familiar with our product development and quality processes. 

Primary job responsibilities:

• Research existing solutions and how they can integrate with our processes

• Build a Proof of concept (POC) with one team and analyze the outcome

• Integrate the solution for multiple teams in our organization

Required skills:

• Basic experience programming in Python or GoLang

• Basic understanding of LLM

• Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) processes

• Ability to collaborate with remote teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university program in Israel during the whole duration of the internship and eligible to begin a full-time role in 2026 or 2027

• Must be available for the internship  from May 2025 till April 2026
