Remote 3D Interior Designer

Location: Singapore

We are looking for a Remote 3D Interior Designer who specialises in high-quality 3D visualisation and rendering for residential interiors. This role focuses primarily on producing accurate, realistic, and client-ready 3D visuals based on concepts and layouts provided by the team.

The ideal candidate is someone who can consistently produce polished, realistic renderings at scale, while maintaining strong attention to spatial planning, aesthetics, and detail. A strong and professional portfolio is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings for interior design projects.
• Convert 2D drawings, sketches, mood boards, and design concepts into realistic 3D visuals that reflect the intended design direction.
• Create client-ready presentation visuals showcasing materials, lighting, furniture layouts, and finishes.
• Generate multiple renderings efficiently to support projects with tight timelines and design revisions.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and detail across all design outputs.
• Maintain organised project files, render scenes, and design assets across multiple projects.
• Where applicable, produce 360° rendered perspectives or walkthrough visuals to enhance design presentations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D rendering, interior visualisation, or architectural visualisation.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, furniture placement, and interior spatial composition.
• Ability to produce high-quality renderings efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to produce 3D walkthrough animations or 360° rendered views.
