Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manual testing of realworld one’s XR solutions, including functional, regression, gameplay, and content testing across core platform features and client-specific applications. 
• Test complex interactive experiences with AAA-level production quality expectations, ensuring stability, usability, and high production standards. 
• Act as a quality owner for assigned features or experiences, ensuring builds meet defined requirements and quality standards before release. 
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, usability issues, and quality risks, advising teams on potential impacts to user experience and release readiness. 
• Collaborate closely with developers, solution delivery managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient testing across multiple projects. 
• Contribute to test planning, test case creation, and overall testing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional QA experience in manual testing of software, games, or interactive applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing. 
• Strong attention to detail and a structured quality mindset with the ability to identify defects and potential quality risks. 
• Ability to write clear and actionable bug reports and work effectively with issue tracking tools such as Jira. 
• Solid understanding of content-driven applications and user experience principles in interactive products. 
• Background in testing games, interactive 3D applications, or other content-heavy digital products. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, with very good written and spoken English. 
• Familiarity with XR technologies, game engines such as Unreal Engine, and a basic understanding of 3D assets are a plus.
