We're looking for a talented and passionate a Data Lead to join one of RealPlay’s exciting new projects.

The role

Build our data capability from the ground up and own it end to end: the tracking layer, the pipeline, the warehouse, the reporting, and the analysis on

top of it.

You will define what we measure, make sure it is collected correctly across web and native apps, build the systems that store and model it, and then turn it

into reporting and insight that product, marketing, finance, and leadership actually use to make decisions.

This is an in-office role based in Tel Aviv.

What you'll own

Data infrastructure - design and build the stack from scratch: event collection, pipelines, cloud data warehouse, transformation layer, and the monitoring

around it.

Tracking and event implementation - own the event taxonomy and specification across web, iOS, and Android. Work with developers on implementation and validate what actually arrives.

Reporting and dashboards - build recurring reports and self-serve dashboards for product, marketing, finance, and leadership.

Subscription and revenue analytics - retention, churn, cohorts, LTV, ARPU, conversion rates, and payment performance.

Marketing and attribution - channel and campaign performance, attribution modeling, and paid media reporting across web and app.

Experimentation - design A/B tests

AI-driven workflows - use AI tooling to accelerate pipeline development, analysis, and self-serve access to data across the company.

Requirements

Must have

• 5+ years in data roles spanning both engineering and analysis

• Proven experience building data infrastructure from scratch

• Strong SQL, including querying large datasets in a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery)

• Experience implementing and owning event tracking and product analytics (Mixpanel, GTM, GA4, Jitsu), including designing the event taxonomy

• BI and visualization experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable)

• B2C product analytics: funnels, retention, cohorts, segmentation, LTV

• Practical use of AI tools in the data workflow

• Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• BSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field

Nice to have

• Payment’s data, Stripe in particular

• A/B testing and applied statistical methods

• Domain experience in gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or sweepstakes

• GCP or AWS
