Overview

Realpage is seeking a visionary Sr. Director of Product Management to lead and execute our AI strategy, delivering innovative Conversational AI solutions tailored for the multifamily market. This critical role will focus on developing products that help Property Management Companies enhance efficiency by offloading tasks from leasing staff and improving engagement with prospects and residents. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Conversational AI product suite, from conception through launch and adoption, managing a team of product professionals to achieve our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.
• Lead the execution of the product strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation, development, launch, to post-launch adoption and iteration.
• Conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product development, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and sales enablement.
• Engage directly with our customer base to gather insights, validate product concepts, and drive the adoption of new Conversational AI products and features.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in Conversational AI, and champion the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. 

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing product management teams.
• Deep understanding of and passion for artificial intelligence, including:
  • AI governance principles and best practices.
  • Machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Proven experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies.
  • Strong familiarity with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• A willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range

USD $140,600.00 - USD $239,400.00 /Yr.
