Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead testing strategies and plans for complex software systems, covering multiple dimensions such as functional, performance, and stress testing (especially server stress testing). 
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers, providing technical guidance and best practice sharing. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Product, and Operations) to ensure high product quality at all stages. 
• Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and drive continuous optimization of testing processes and tools. 
• Monitor and research emerging trends and technologies in software quality assurance, promoting continuous improvement in team skills and practices. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a preference for candidates with complex system testing and leadership experience. 
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, and systems, with preference given to those with server stress testing experience. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve complex issues. 
• Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
• Prior experience in automated testing is a plus

要求：

• 计算机科学或相关专业的本科及以上学历。 
• 5年以上软件质量保证经验，有复杂系统测试和领导团队经验者优先。 
• 深入了解质量保证的方法论、测试工具及系统，具备服务器压力测试经验者优先考虑。 
• 出色的分析和问题解决能力，能独立识别并解决复杂问题。 
• 优秀的中英文沟通能力和团队领导能力，具备跨部门协作经验。 
• 有自动化测试相关经验者优先。
