About Rapsodo

Rapsodo’s graduate program is part of the Singapore Global Executive Program (SGEP), in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.

Born from a founder's relentless pursuit to understand performance at a deeper, measurable level, Rapsodo has evolved into a global sports technology company headquartered in Singapore, with teams across the USA, Turkey, Japan, and Malaysia.

We build tightly integrated systems across hardware, computer vision, physics-based modelling, and cloud software to capture and quantify motion that was previously impossible to measure outside the lab. Our products operate in real-world conditions where accuracy, latency, and reliability matter — powering athletes, coaches, and teams worldwide with data they can trust.

At Rapsodo, we innovate, push boundaries, and grow fast – holding ourselves accountable to outcomes, not just effort. We are looking for early-career talents who are curious, thrive on challenges, take ownership of their work and are motivated to continuously raise the bar. This program is designed for individuals who want real exposure, real responsibility and the opportunity to learn how sports technology products are built, scaled, and brought to market end-to-end.

What you can Expect:

  • On the job learning through rotations or project-based exposure across functions/teams in Rapsodo
  • Opportunities for overseas or cross-location exposure, working with globally distributed teams
  • 1-1 mentorship and access to senior leaders
  • Learning/ Leadership development opportunities
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative, ownership and learning agility.

About the Role

As a Hardware Engineer (SGEP Talent), you will join Rapsodo’s Device team and contribute to the design, development, and validation of sports technology products used by athletes worldwide.

This role offers hands-on exposure across the hardware development lifecycle, from early concept and prototyping through testing, iteration, and production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including firmware, embedded systems, algorithms, product, and manufacturing, gaining a holistic understanding of how hardware integrates into complete product systems.

What You Will Do

  • Own defined hardware tasks or sub-systems, from initial design through testing and iteration
  • Proactively investigate design challenges, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions
  • Contribute to schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and validation activities across products
  • Drive hardware bring-up, debugging, and testing, using lab equipment to validate performance
  • Work closely with firmware, embedded, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Support component selection, lifecycle evaluation, and design revisions
  • Take responsibility for clear documentation, test results and engineering decisions.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate or early career professional, with less than 3 years of working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Comfortable working hands-on with hardware, prototypes and test equipment
  • Naturally proactive – you seek clarity, ask questions, and take initiative rather than wait for direction
  • Able to manage your own work, follow through on commitments, and communicate progress early
  • Curious, resilient and motivated to learn across technical and non-technical domains
  • Familiarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters or similar tools is a huge plus
  • Interest in sports, sports technology or data-driven products

Other Requirements

  • This program is open to Singaporean and Permanent Residences in active undergraduate and graduate university programs with less than 3 years of work experience
  • Graduates should be able to start work from July 2026 onwards.
