Perfil integrador enfocado en automatizar Customer Experience con IA, usando herramientas low-code y mid-code. No es fullstack tradicional: su valor está en conectar sistemas y lanzar soluciones rápido.

Trabaja con Gemini (Google Cloud) para prompts y clasificación, Dialogflow CX y Amazon Lex para bots conversacionales, AppSheet para apps y automatizaciones, y Amazon Connect + AWS Lambda (Python/Node.js) para integrar lógica de negocio.

Ideal para alguien práctico, curioso y orientado a prototipar, integrar y escalar automatizaciones de soporte en días, no meses.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

🧬 El ADN del candidato

Buscamos un perfil híbrido. No es un desarrollador de software tradicional (Fullstack), sino un Integrador. Es alguien que disfruta conectar piezas de diferentes sistemas para crear una solución funcional en días, no en meses.

🛠 Skills Técnicos (Hard Skills)

1. IA y Procesamiento de Lenguaje (Gemini / Google Cloud)

• Prompt Engineering Avanzado: No solo "chatear", sino diseñar prompts sistémicos para clasificación de tickets, análisis de sentimiento y extracción de datos.

• Vertex AI / Model Garden: Conocimiento básico de cómo consumir modelos de la familia Gemini mediante API.

• Dialogflow CX / Google Cloud Conversational Agents: Creación de flujos de conversación, manejo de "intents", "entities" y, sobre todo, Generative Fallbacks (usar IA para cuando el bot no entiende).

2. Automatización y Low-Code (AppSheet & Integration)

• AppSheet Pro: Capacidad para crear apps con lógica compleja, uso de Automations dentro de AppSheet y conexión con fuentes de datos externas.

• Manejo de JSON y REST APIs: (Clave para el nivel Mid-Code). Debe saber cómo enviar y recibir datos entre AppSheet, Gemini y Amazon Connect.

• Google Apps Script: Conocimiento básico de JavaScript para extender las capacidades de Google Sheets y AppSheet cuando el "no-code" llega a su límite.

3. Contact Center (Amazon Connect)

AWS Lambda:  lograr que Amazon Connect "hable" con otras herramientas Soporta casi cualquier lenguaje, pero para CX y velocidad de desarrollo, lo estándar es Python o Node.js (JavaScript). Nivel: Mid-Code.

Amazon Lex: Es el servicio de NLU (Natural Language Understanding) que vive dentro de Connect.

• Lenguajes: Es Low-Code para el diseño de la conversación, pero usa Lambdas (Python/Node.js) para ejecutar acciones complejas.

• Integración Gemini: Puedes conectar Lex con Gemini para que, si el bot no sabe qué responder, Gemini tome el control y use su razonamiento avanzado.
