You will join our Energy division- Operations and Maintenance Department

As our new Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer you will be part of our growing department, working with over 100 O&M specialists and engineers in Rambøll. We conduct projects for major energy companies in Wind, PtX, Power stations, Oil & Gas and to the industry. As a Senior Engineer in the O&M department, you will have a key role in our multidisciplinary team conducting projects of high quality and through this become a trusted partner to our clients.

Job Description

  • Define scope of work, provide input to resource plan and time schedules.
  • Technical document review (P&ID, Datasheet, IOM etc.,)
  • Asset Register development
  • Provide O&M engineering expertise in optimization and standardization of maintenance strategies and activities.
  • Spare parts strategy and optimization
  • Strong multidiscipline system knowledge
  • Experience in writing O&M Manuals
  • Experience with CMMS, look up data and with recommendation for improvements
  • Implement O&M data in client CMMS.
  • RAM modelling and analysis
  • Perform consequence classification, RBI, FMECA and RCM analyses in O&M project.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in Engineering
  • Min. 15+ years of experience in the field of O&M from Oil & Gas or Energy projects in Norway.
  • Strong multidiscipline system knowledge.
  • Preferable with substation knowledge.
  • Good knowledge about maintenance theory (MTBF, RCM/FMECA, Failure Rates, p-F, etc.)
  • Good knowledge in maintenance techniques and reliability engineering
  • Proven CMMS experiences using SAP or other well-known software tools.
  • Good at English  – both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge in MS office
  • Knowledge about commissioning procedures

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include excellent communications skills as well as great stakeholder management skills. You are service minded and client centric. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently as well as in teams. You already know the industry very well and have a commercial mindset
