Your new role
As our new Senior Data Engineer, you will be working on developing sustainable business critical data driven solutions used by 18.000 employees. The department you will be part of, is supporting the internal Functions data requirements and solutions. Within the next couple of years, we are going to take our data platform to the next level. The means exploring new ways of working with data, to support the increase amount of data and bring more value for Ramboll. As our Senior Data Engineer, you will collaborate and have a technical lead in securing a sustainable data platform. Influencing our architecture and the way we build data drive solutions.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• With your expertise and experience you will develop our data platform for the future  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues in Data & Analytics 
• Secure Ramboll have a trustworthy data platform and solutions 
• Follow and actively use the SCRUM framework in your daily work  
• Participate or lead development of data solutions

Your new team
You will be part of Data & Analytics, which is a global team enabling our Support Functions in delivering global solutions that supports the "Truly one company" ambition, and leverage our scale to maximise collaboration, efficiency, and synergies across the organisation. You will work as part of a lively team, filled with people who are really excited about creating insights. Our team is vibrant, innovative, international, and supportive. You will collaborate with your colleagues to play a critical role in defining and delivering on projects that involve multiple stakeholders from Finance, HR, Client & Sales, Project Excellence to Sustainability in a global setup.

These include:

• Confident with the Microsoft BI data platform 
• MS SQL, CDC, Azure, SSIS, SSAS, DevOps, Tabular models, Power BI 
• Several years of experience in working with data warehousing 
• Good communication skills in English
