Ramboll Tech / [GBA] Innovation and Digital Transformation accelerates innovation and digital transformation for the entire Ramboll Group/ [GBA] and directs all AI initiatives within the company. We digitally enable and co-create with Ramboll’s world-class experts to deliver solutions that drive sustainable change for our clients and society. This includes collaborating with Global Business Areas and Enabling Functions at Ramboll on their digital journey, developing proprietary AI and digital products for Ramboll and our clients, following our product life cycle. Ramboll Tech also works on larger technology projects within Ramboll and provides world-class Technology Operations. Ramboll Tech currently has over 300 employees globally, with strongholds across Nordics, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.

Job Description

We’re passionate about using technology to drive sustainable solutions for our clients and society. You too? Join us as a M365 Power Platform Developer at Ramboll Tech / in the [DPE] Digital Product Engineering Team and help us become the leading Tech-Enabled Partner for Sustainable Change.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboards, reports, visualizations (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query).
• Prepare DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for calculated measures and columns.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing and experiment design.
• Connect to various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Query using SQL along with data transformation and database optimization.
• Implement with row-level security (RLS) and secure access implementations.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance, managing large datasets, and improving query efficiency.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain custom Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with other Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook, as well as third-party services.
• Develop and manage the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and governance.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users and team members on Power Platform tools and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Perform system upgrades, manage platform updates, and optimize applications for maximum efficiency and performance.
• Continuously stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, new features, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• You have 8-10 Years of experience
• You have the ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
• You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office
