We are seeking a governance specialist who can translate complex AI compliance requirements into clear, actionable processes, enabling safe and responsible AI adoption across Ramboll. In this role, you will drive AI governance efforts in collaboration with Ramboll’s compliance and information security teams, ensuring that AI solutions align with regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.

What you will do

You will join the AI Change & Adoption Chapter in Ramboll Tech, where you will:

• Develop and Implement Governance Processes: Translate AI compliance and regulatory requirements into actionable frameworks and procedures that support responsible AI adoption across Ramboll.
• Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with Ramboll’s compliance and information security teams and Ramboll’s Ethics Board to align governance initiatives with broader organizational policies and objectives.
• Support Safe AI Adoption: Develop tools and resources that enable teams to adopt AI responsibly, addressing challenges such as data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical usage.
• Manage and Mentor junior members of the team: Oversee and guide them in their work, ensuring effective execution of governance tasks and fostering their professional growth.
• Monitor and Improve Governance Practices: Continuously refine governance processes based on feedback and evolving regulatory landscapes, keeping Ramboll at the forefront of safe AI innovation.

How you will succeed in your role

• You have a solid understanding of AI and Generative AI governance and compliance requirements, including data privacy, ethical AI principles, and regulatory frameworks.
• You bring experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks for emerging technologies or complex systems.
• You excel at translating abstract regulatory requirements into practical, actionable processes and guidelines for diverse stakeholders.
• You have strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• You are skilled at collaboration, with experience working across compliance, information security, and operational teams to align goals and implement best practices.
• You have demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing and mentoring team members.
• You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
• You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.
• You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office.

This includes collaborating with markets at Ramboll on their AI projects, as well as working on larger change processes within the corporation and developing proprietary AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team currently has over 300 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.
