Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie entwickeln getaktete, bidirektionale DC/DC-Wandler und Active Front Ends bis 100 kW eigenständig von der Anforderungs- und Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife.

• Sie dimensionieren Leistungsstufen, magnetische Komponenten, Treiber-, Mess- und Schutzkonzepte und bewerten technische Zielkonflikte hinsichtlich Performance, Kosten, Robustheit und Fertigbarkeit.

• Sie betreuen Schaltplan und PCB-Layout Ihrer Leistungsbaugruppen und unterstützen deren thermische, elektrische und elektromagnetische Absicherung.

• Sie planen Inbetriebnahme- und Verifikationsaktivitäten, analysieren komplexe Fehlerbilder strukturiert und dokumentieren Designentscheidungen sowie Nachweise nachvollziehbar.

• Sie arbeiten eng mit Entwicklern anderer Fachdisziplinen sowie weiteren Stakeholdern aus Produktion und Einkauf sowie mit externen Lieferanten zusammen.

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender praktischer Expertise

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Leistungselektronik sowie in analoger und digitaler Schaltungstechnik

• Gute Kenntnisse der Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik leistungselektronischer Systeme

• Kenntnisse in der magnetischen und thermischen Auslegung von HF-Transformatoren und Drosseln

• Sichere Auswahl und Qualifikation von Leistungshalbleitern, passiven Bauteilen, Treiber- und Schutzkonzepten; Kenntnisse in SiC- und GaN-Technologien sind von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in Schaltungssimulation, Inbetriebnahme, Verifikation und strukturierter Fehleranalyse

• Selbstständige, methodische und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
