The mission of BSS Development Department (BSDD) is to accelerate our contribution to the telecommunications business by providing an innovative, high-quality and stable ecosystemized B2C BSS platform. Overall Position Details
As a Product Manager, you will assist in driving the success of our products by supporting the product management team in various activities throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct market research, and contribute to the overall product strategy.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Assist in defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Support the product management team in conducting market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements align with the product vision and strategy.
- Contribute to user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and improve the product's user experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities and make informed product decisions.
- Support the product management team in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to evaluate product performance.
- Conduct the preparation of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product presentations.
- Collaborate with the development team throughout the product development lifecycle, providing guidance and clarifications on requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's with product management experience (3 years+)
- Experience of product management concepts, methodologies, and tools (3 years+)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (3 years+)
- Experience in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana (3 years+)
- Experience work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams (3 years+)
- Proficient with the technology industry, preferably with software or SaaS products (3 years+)
- Communication organizational skills (3 years+)
- Skilled of product management principles, methodologies, and processes (3 years+)
- Knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, data analytics, or other relevant technical domains (3 years+)

- Bachelor's with Cloud Platform products (2 years+)
- Logical thinking and decision-making skills (2 years+)
