Department Overview
This will be a cloud PBX/FMC product for corporate customers of Rakuten Group and 3rd party companies.
This organization will support proposal support (pre-sales work), product implementation, and construction of cloud PBX/FMC products as an added value of mobile services for corporate customers. This time, we are especially looking for personnel for product implementation projects after receiving an order, and although we deal with a wide variety of companies and industries, from Large Enterprise to SMB and start-ups, you will join us as a core member in this challenging work environment (project management, project execution members, and others). - Introducing and implementing cloud PBX/FMC products (*1) along with necessary peripheral products (networks, applications, etc.) (design implementation, WBS management, creating documents, etc.), coordinating with related companies

Mandatory Qualifications:
More than 1 year of experience in any of the following
- Experience in proposing and implementing products that include on-premise PBX and/or cloud PBX
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Qualifications in IT industry (information technician, MS-900, etc.)
- Experience in launching new services with other companies
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Those who have knowledge of information and communications technology
- Business experience in corporate services
- The ability to engage with others with leadership
- English (Business Level)
- Experience in vendor management
- Troubleshooting Capabilities
- Experience in proposal, design, and implementation of PBX / SIP server / IP Centrex / contact center
