Marketing Partner Business/Operation Management Department/Sales & Client Direction Section carries out various operations related to customers and sales, including budget management, human resource management.And it is an organization whose mission is to improve productivity and quality.

Position details

We will handle the entire Internet research project by acting as an intermediary between the client, our sales department, and each department within the company.
We can take pride in our work because the products and services we surveyed are introduced to the world and spread.
We have already received many inquiries from leading companies in each industry as partners.
Clients include general companies such as manufacturers, advertising agencies, think tanks, research companies, and government agencies.

Specifically, We will guide you through confirmation of survey forms of Internet research, creation of questionnaire screen, distribution, aggregation, delivery work.
1.Get an overview of the entire survey.
2.Scrutinize the questionnaire containing the question items of the questionnaire and confirm it with the client.
3.When the survey form is confirmed, instruct the team that creates the survey screen to create it.
4.When the questionnaire screen is up, check the survey specifications and contents, request the client to confirm, and correct any corrections.
5.We will deliver the questionnaire to the questionnaire monitor and collect the answers.
6.If data aggregation is required, we will request the aggregation team to do the aggregation, and after the aggregation, the director will deliver it.
7.If the client needs a report, the researcher will create a report and deliver it to the client.

* 1 to 7 will be completed in 2 to 3 business days at the shortest. Accurate and speedy response is important.
* We use multiple in-house systems.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Practical experience in internet research company. Or experience in coordinating and handling projects and projects between clients and inhouse staffs. (Web director, etc.)
Good communication skills. (Able to explain using logical and well-organized sentences and speaking styles. Can understand speech and the flow of discussions.)

Desired Qualifications:

- Team lead or management experience
- New employee training experience
- Outsourcing management experience with external companies (e.g. BPO company control manager, purchasing office manager, etc.)

TOEIC score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.
If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
