This unique role is designed to merge the realms of machine learning and software engineering, focusing on the development of AI-driven products for targeted marketing campaigns. Position Details

The Machine Learning Engineer will be instrumental in transforming prototypes into production-level solutions, developing new features for our AI-driven marketing products, and designing robust machine learning architectures. This role requires a blend of machine learning expertise and software engineering skills to contribute to our technical vision and roadmap.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Marketing/Ad Industry Knowledge and Experience

- Experience in AI Product Development:Demonstrated experience in developing AI products, particularly in targeting campaigns, audience expansion, and marketing campaign automation. Familiarity with real-time display banner optimization is a plus.

Fundamental Business Skills

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to work from first principles to solve ambiguous and complex problems. Strong analytical background with a quantitative degree.

- Communication and Collaboration:Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally among multiple teams and stakeholders. A professional working attitude that respects coworkers and embraces different cultures.

- Project Management and Leadership:Experience in driving the adoption of machine learning workflow best practices and contributing to the technical vision and roadmap.

English Language

- Proficiency Required:Business-level English proficiency is mandatory for effective communication within our international team.

Technical Expertise

- Educational Background:Bachelor's degree or higher (Masters or Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.

- Programming Skills:Strong Python & SQL skills, with experience in Docker & Kubernetes.

- Machine Learning Frameworks:Comfortable working with various machine learning frameworks and selecting the appropriate framework for the job.

- Production Experience:At least 3 years of experience in shipping production Data Science/Machine Learning applications, covering the full spectrum from data pipelines to model training and inference (both batch and real-time), and tracking/observability.
