Department Overview

The B2B Business Planning Department you will be assigned is a corporate organization that brings together cross-business divisions such as corporate planning, HR, general affairs, and legal affairs under the direct control of the vice president.

Based on the company-wide strategy, we plan and execute measures that involve executives, measure effects, and formulate improvement measures.

Using your experience, we can be involved in the business from the upstream process to execution.

Position:

Why We Hire

You will be responsible for leading the branding and marketing strategy planning and implementation of Rakuten BtoB Services as a whole.

You will be responsible for identifying current BtoB marketing issues from a company-wide perspective, building an optimal system for dealing with customers across businesses and a framework for continuous improvement, and accelerating the growth of our BtoB Services.

 

Position Details

- Planning and implementation of B2B marketing strategies to expand brand awareness

- Planning and execution of CRM strategy utilizing customer data

- Planning and directing the production of creative and content for LPs, banners, etc.

- Operation of PDCA cycle for effectiveness measurement using various marketing tools

- KGI/KPI formulation, budget allocation and numerical value management for each measure necessary to achieve them

 

Work Environment

This division is a small elite unit led by a senior managing executive officer who has held senior management positions at major foreign IT companies. Members' backgrounds are diverse, including subsidiary executives, public infrastructure, major IT, major manufacturers, trading companies, and start-ups.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in marketing multiple toB products with different life cycles

- Experience in data-driven marketing using CRM analysis

- Experience in problem identification and KPI improvement through data analysis

 

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience and skills in launching new businesses, alliances and M&A

- Experience and skills in planning toB services and launching cooperative services

- Experience and expertise in system design and system development for point programs, etc.

- Experience and expertise in digital marketing

- Experience and knowledge of platform business

- Experience and skills in project management

- MBA
