What will you do?
- You will establish a network environment by designing network infrastructure, system configuration and directing system installation
- You will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with networks, hardware & software
- You will work in a multi-task and dynamic environment
- You will provide remote support to on-site engineers and end-users/customers
- You will provide multiple support and makes our customers successful by delivering the best experience
You will be great for this role if you have-
- 2+ years of experience as a Network Engineer
- 2+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- 2+ years of experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, and Routing protocols
- knowledge in Kubernetes
- knowledge in Cloud environments (AWS, Google)
- Experience with ISP customers- advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Vast experience in Linux – an advantage
- Cisco certification - CCNA, CCNP, CCIE –an advantage
- Knowledge of one scripting or programming language – an advantage
- Risk-taking approach, management skills and taking ownership
