In this role you will:
- Lead the cross functional engineering team responsible for critical user facing features, back-end services, and infrastructure
- Prioritize short- and long-term goals, along with architectural trade-offs to ensure the team is able to deliver quality results while meeting the team’s deliverables
- Collaborate and build strong cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Design, and Business Operations
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with across different functions and levels of the organization, including executive leadership team

What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years experience in a highly collaborative, growth-driven environment centered on subscriptions and payments
- 5+ years experience successfully leading, managing, and coaching multiple engineering teams
- 8+ years of hands on software development experience
- You will be responsible for strategically developing and implementing plans to drive the success of the subscriptions Engineering organization
- Strong interest in developing technical and people leaders, supporting career development
- Infectious enthusiasm about building a highly successful and growing consumer business
- Experience leading teams of 15+
- Ability to develop a results-driven culture focused on core values of ownership and accountability

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a starting base salary of $220,000 - $300,000, depending on location and experience, as well as company stock options
