Product Specialist

Location: Lenexa, KS, US

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

Job Description


Act as the intersection between the business, technology, and user experience for assigned systems. Works closely with internal and external users of systems to keep them satisfied and increase adoption rates for our technology offerings. Assists with design, installation, troubleshooting, and training on assigned systems. 




Responsibilities:
  • Train users on systems. 
  • Identify and prioritize new systems and improvements to existing systems to enhance value and therefore, adoption rate of technology offerings. Act as the voice of the user inside the business and be passionate about the user experience. 
  • Actively market products to clients, acting as an advisor. Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and clients. 
  • Assist with development of training materials. 
  • Act as help desk for assigned system and make appropriate escalations and follow up with IT. 
  • Notify users of outages of assigned system. 
  • Design and periodically review security for assigned systems. 
  • Other duties as assigned by Management. 



Qualifications:

Required Work Experience: 

3+ years of experience with Quest Employer Solutions systems highly preferred 

Preferred Work Experience: 

  • Experience in a similar role preferred 
  • Industry experience strongly preferred 

Physical and Mental Requirements:

The person must be able to sit (or stand) for long periods of time 

Knowledge:

Serve as subject matter expert for assigned systems (Quest proprietary systems, Smartworks, Formfox, CRM, Web Services, etc.) 

Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments 
  • Customer-service oriented 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business management or IT (Preferred)
