Join the heart of Quatt’s Marketing, Sales, and Operations: The Business Operations Software Solutions Team! This team develops and maintains the software that powers key processes at Quatt, including everything from the website's savings check to order payments and strategic planning.

As the Team Lead Business Software Development you will be responsible for building and optimizing the software that supports our sales, marketing and operations teams, ensuring scalability and maintainability. You’ll collaborate closely with these teams, implementing features across the full stack. Most processes in Quatt are driven or supported by software, and the building and support of these tools will be in your hands. We work with both code and low-code solutions, and part of your job will be to work with both and use the right tools.

What you will do:

• You will oversee the development process, ensuring that our internal tools are efficient, effective, and delivered on time.

• Ensure your team takes responsibility for keeping our operations running smoothly.

• As a People and Tech Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately six people, overseeing stakeholder management, and defining the architecture and technology strategy. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align the roadmap and adjust priorities as needed.

• You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand the business needs and provide technical guidance. You know your way around tools like Hubspot (our CRM) and other SAAS platforms, as well as code.

• You will ensure that our applications are scalable, maintainable, and built to last.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for enhancing our internal processes and supporting our growth.

• Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!

What you’ll bring:

• You want to make a positive impact on the world and fight climate change.

• You have at least 6 years of experience in a full stack team, preferably in a leadership position, and are able to demonstrate skills as a senior engineer, team mentor and technical lead.

• You have excellent “soft skills” and are approachable to both your direct reports and other stakeholders within Quatt.

• You excel in priority setting, and people management, demonstrating proficiency in managing the software delivery lifecycle, and effective stakeholder engagement. You will be the point of contact for other stakeholders within Quatt and the team.

• You have experience with modern TypeScript tooling and related frameworks like NextJs, React and node on the backend. Our stack includes Postgres, Redis, AWS & Pulumi.

• You are not afraid to work independently, make mistakes, learn from them and fix them.

• You are full of energy, eager, and capable to learn and grow.
