As a Quality, Reliability & Support Intern, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our innovative home energy solutions. By supporting critical processes like root cause analysis and non-conformance reporting, you’ll help ensure we deliver on our promise of excellence.

What you will do:

• Assist in maintaining product quality throughout the entire lifecycle, from development to post-launch support.

• Support the reporting, tracking, and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), quality alerts, and concessions.

• Help facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to address and resolve quality issues from both Software and Hardware perspectives

• Assist in managing the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, coordinating returns and repairs with suppliers and customers.

• Assist with diagnostics and basic repairs of electrical or mechanical components via the Return Material process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficient resolution of product issues.

• Contribute to monitoring product quality performance through key metrics such as priority issues and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and Mean Time To Failure (MTTF)

What you’ll need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.

• A basic understanding of quality processes and methodologies (knowledge of APQP is a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to learning.

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
