As an NPI Project Manager, you will lead the transformation of innovative ideas into groundbreaking products, guiding them from concept through to production. Your role will be crucial in driving our mission to accelerate the energy transition and deliver sustainable home energy solutions to millions of households by 2030. Your impact will directly contribute to shaping a greener future for all.
What you will do:
Lead the development of one or more products from concept definition to the start of production.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, hardware and software teams, operations teams, supply chain, finance, and more.
Lead the core project team, organizing and prioritizing all development tasks.
Ensure the project is delivered on scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with product managers and product owners to ensure seamless definition and execution of product requirements.
Ensure that the development of our products adheres to our internal Product Development Process.
Provide consistent project reporting by defining and tracking KPIs.
Lead change and risk management processes during the development phase of your project.
Ensure proper resource allocation in alignment with functional managers.
Support the development of internal processes to enhance team efficiency.
Job requirements
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years specifically in project management, involving the development of products that integrate hardware and software.
A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills, essential for driving cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and challenges.
